Our community kitchen is coordinated by a conscientious and experienced cook who also has training in nutrition. Its goal is to use food recovered from the Food Bank’s surplus and transform it into delicious and healthy soups and meals. These homemade meals are then offered to the community at a very low price. This way, we avoid wasting food. It’s also a great opportunity for people in the community to learn how to cook and spend quality time together! The community kitchen is temporarily on hiatus but please come back to find out when we will be up and running again. When the kitchen resumes its activities, if you wish to be a part of it, by helping to prepare meals or partaking in its goods, we’ll be happy to have you join us.
